Manali Petrochemicals & CPCL sign MoU for strategic collaboration

Manali Petrochemicals Limited (MPL), a leading Petrochemical manufacturing company and part of AM International, Singapore, has signed a Non-Binding MOU with Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited (CPCL) for a strategic collaboration aimed at fostering mutual growth and innovation.

Manali Petrochemicals Ltd (MPL) has signed a non-binding MoU with Chennai Petroleum Corporation Ltd (CPCL) for strategic collaboration to drive mutual growth and innovation.
The MoU was signed by senior officials from both companies, including MPL MD & CEO R Chandrasekar and CPCL Director (Operations) P Kannan, in the presence of other key leadership.

The non-binding MoU was formally signed by Shri. P Kannan, Director (Operations), CPCL and Shri. R Chandrasekar, Managing Director & CEO – MPL Group, in presence of Shri. H Shankar, Managing Director, CPCL, Mr. Rohit Kumar Agrawala, Director (Finance), CPCL, Mr. G R Sridhar, Wholetime Director (Head of Plant Operations), MPL, Mr. N Shivaram, COO, MPL and Dr. Sundar Saimani, Sr. General Manager, MPL and other Senior officials from CPCL also participated in the event.
