Turkish May textile-clothing-footwear retail sales volume up 11.3% YoY
Turkish trade sales volume increased by 19.2 per cent year on year (YoY) and 3.3 per cent month on month (MoM) in May this year, according to the Turkish Statistical Institute (Turkstat).
In the same month, wholesale trade sales volume increased by 20.2 per cent YoY and 4.3 per cent MoM, while retail trade sales volume increased by 17.7 per cent YoY and 1.6 per cent MoM.
Retail sales volume of textiles, clothing and footwear increased by 11.3 per cent YoY and 2.1 per cent MoM in the month, a Turkstat release said.
