Despite its critical acclaim and various Emmy nominations, What We Do in the Shadows still feels underappreciated in the modern comedy landscape. The series lasted six seasons for a reason (because it’s laugh-out-loud funny and highly original).
While it may not have the streaming numbers that Wednesday has achieved, What We Do in the Shadows is a true delight for not only fans of supernatural and fantasy but also comedy. You really don’t even have to be all that into vampire content to enjoy What We Do in the Shadows because the comedy always comes first.
