Stray Kids CROWNED most streamed K-Pop group in France for 2025, leaves BTS and BLACKPINK behind
Stray Kids has achieved a remarkable milestone in France, surpassing industry giants BTS and BLACKPINK to claim the top spot among the most streamed K-pop groups in 2025.
Stray Kids, the renowned K-pop boy group, has reached yet another career milestone, confirming their place as world record-breakers. The group has been officially recognized as the most-streamed K-pop group in France for 2025, overtaking industry titans BTS and BLACKPINK.
The rankings were published by Billboard France based on data from music analytics firm Luminate. Stray Kids’ ascension to the top follows a string of record-breaking events in the nation. The group itself only last month played two sold-out concerts at the Stade de France as part of their Dominant World Tour, which drew a combined total of 120,000 fans in two days. This was the biggest K-pop concert ever to be organized in France and broke the record for the largest attendance of a Korean artist at the venue.
Musically, their influence has also been significant. Their third studio album, 5-Star, was ranked as 52nd on the French Recording Industry Association’s Top 200 Albums of 2023. Their mini-album, Rock-Star, placed in the chart as well at 135th position. Both releases then emerged as the best-selling K-pop albums in France that year, also cementing their influence in the market.
The hype won’t stop. Stray Kids will make a grand return on August 22, 2025, with the drop of their much-awaited fourth studio album, KARMA.
