Tiruppur’s market continued to show stability in cotton yarn prices. Although sentiment remained weak, there were no fresh concerns. A local trader told Fibre*Fashion, “No further negativity in trade is a positive sign for the market. Traders and stockists expect relief in cotton yarn trade after Diwali. If the ** per cent US tariff ends as expected, the market will enter a growth trajectory. There is little hope for improvement until Diwali, but payment flows are also expected to improve after the festival.”
