Rahul Sharma appointed Chief Electoral Officer of Ladakh

JAMMU, Aug 25: Ladakh Administration has appointed the 2013 batch AGMUT cadre IAS officer Rahul Sharma as the new Chief Electoral Officer of the UT.

The appointment was made following a notification issued by the Election Commission of India, and Sharma, who is also serving as Administrative Secretary in the UT administration, will take charge with immediate effect.
