Minor Among 6 Ganja Peddlers Arrested
NALGONDA: Nakrekal police on Sunday arrested six ganja peddlers, including a minor, and seized 1.2 kg of ganja worth ₹32,500 from their possession.
The arrested were identified as Borigam Samth Kumar (25), Yennamalla Sai Ram (24), Mukkala Akhil (19), Palleboina Shiva (22), and Bandaru Naveen (21). A minor involved in the case was shifted to a juvenile home.
The main accused, Sameer from Nalgonda, is absconding. A special police team has been formed to trace and arrest him.
Nakrekal inspector K. Venktesh said the police also seized seven mobile phones and an autorickshaw from the accused.
