Malayalam film actor Kalabhavan Navas dies at 51; found dead in a hotel room
As per latest reports, Malayalam actor Kalabhavan Navas was found dead in a hotel room in Kochi on Friday evening. He was rushed to a nearby hospital where he was declared dead by doctors.
Malayalam film actor and mimicry artist Kalabhavan Navas is no more. As per the latest reports, the actor passed away at the age of 51. Reportedly, he was found dead in a hotel room in Chottanikkara, Kochi. The police is investigating the case. Reportedly, he was found dead in the hotel room on Friday evening when the staff showed up to enquire on his check-out. The actor was staying in Chottanikkara for the shooting of his upcoming movie.
Kalabhavan Navas found dead in hotel room
As per the reports, Kalabhavan Navas was going to check-out of the hotel room on Friday as shooting for his upcoming movie had completed. When the staff showed up to his room, the actor was found unconscious. He was immediately rushed to a hospital where the doctors declared him dead. It is being suspected that he suffered a cardiac arrest. As per the police, nothing suspicious has been found in his hotel room. The Hindu reported that Kalabhavan Navas’ post-mortem will take place at Kalamassery’s Government Medical College Hospital. It is only after the post-mortem that the actual cause of demise will be revealed. The mortal remains of the actor will be then handed over to the family. The Chief Minister of Kerala Pinarayi Vijayan has offered condolences.

Kalabhavan Navas’s filmography
Kalabhavan Navas started his acting career in 1991. He appeared in many films like Mimics Action 500, Junior Mandrake, Senior Mandrake, Veeraputhran, Mylanchi Monchulla Veedu, Oru Anweshanathinte Thudakkam, A Ranjith Cinema, Mera Naam Shaji and others. Reportedly, he was shooting for his movie Prakambanam. The film will now posthumously release. His another film Tikki Takia is also expected to release. May his soul rest in peace.
