Srinagar, Aug 9: Lieutenant Governor Shri Manoj Sinha paid tributes to the brave army personnel L/Nk Pritpal Singh and Sep Harminder Singh, who made supreme sacrifice in the ongoing operations against terrorists in Kulgam.
