India’s manmade yarn markets stayed largely stable despite US tariff hikes, with only viscose yarn slipping ₹1 per kg.
Polyester and PC yarns held steady in Ludhiana and Surat, supported by festival demand, though a slowdown is expected afterward.
Mumbai’s viscose yarn weakened, while cotton in north India declined further amid concerns over the 50 per cent US tariff impact.
