High Court terminates employee for over 7 years of unauthorized absence

JAMMU, Aug 20: The High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh has terminated Fulail Singh, a Junior Assistant from Kishtwar, for allegedly remaining absent from duty without authorization since April 17, 2017, under Article 128 of the J&K Civil Services Rules and Rule 30(vii) of the JKCCA Rules of 1956.
