Cotton yarn prices rose by ₹2 per kg in Delhi, following a similar trend in Ludhiana, though demand remains weak due to cheaper, better-finished Chinese polyester fabric.
Ludhiana prices remained steady while Panipat saw continued sluggishness in recycled yarn, worsened by transport disruptions.
North India’s cotton prices remained stable amid tight supply, with mills relying on CCI stock.
