The woman, whom netizens initially thought to be Alyssa Stoddard, Astronomer’s Senior Director of People, and dubbed as the “embarrassed lady” turned out to be someone else.

Ever since Andy Byron, the CEO of Astronomer, was caught on camera having an alleged extramarital affair with Kristin Cabot, the HR Chief of his company, the internet has gone crazy. Despite the couple’s best efforts to conceal their identities, smart internet users learned everything there was to know about them, exposing the unethical office romance between the divorced HR and the already-married CEO. For the uninitiate, in the video, which has gone viral online, Byron is seen hugging the company’s chief HR, Kristin Cabot from behind. But the internet was fast enough to identify another woman seated behind the infamous CEO-HR pair in the video.

Who is this NEW woman?

X user @heyitsshivi_ alleges that this woman is actually Alyssa Stoddard, the recently promoted vice president of Astronomer and was given the position just a week ago by Kristin Cabot herself.

According to The New York Post, Alyssa Stoddard, the vice president of the company’s human resources department, was promoted a few days prior to attending to the concert with the alleged adulterers.

Here’s what Astronomer’s statement said…

The woman, whom netizens initially thought to be Alyssa, Astronomer’s Senior Director of People, and dubbed as the “embarrassed lady” turned out to be someone else. The tech giant, Astronomer, issued an official statement clarifying that Stoddard was not present at the concert. The statement said, “Alyssa Stoddard was not at the event and no other employees were in the video.” “The Board of Directors has initiated a formal investigation into this matter and we will have additional details to share very shortly.”

The woman was caught on…

While Andy Byron and Kristin Cabot frantically covered their faces at the show in Foxborough, Massachusetts, on Wednesday night, the woman was seen flushing and smiling uncomfortably in the jumbotron footage.

Alyssa got promoted within five months?

The fact that Cabot, the head of HR for the IT and data giant, recently promoted Alyssa Stoddard to the influential role at the company is even more unexpected. Five months ago, she was initially employed by Cabot as the head of People Operations and Strategy. Last week, Cabot announced her promotion in an encouraging LinkedIn post.

Byron and Cabot were caught on the jumbotron canoodling as the camera panned to them, and they frantically ducked out of frame and covered their faces. “Oh, what?” Chris Martin, the lead singer of Coldplay, reportedly asked on stage according to a TikTok video.
