As of Thursday afternoon, Param Sundari has sold 15,000 tickets for its opening day across the top three national cinema chains: PVR, Inox, and Cinepolis. While the pace is steady, the final advance booking numbers are now expected to close at around 35,000 tickets sold. This figure still provides a solid foundation for the film to build on over the weekend and aim for a respectable opening.

The film, produced by Maddock Films, has successfully created a good buzz, largely thanks to its hit music. The song Pardesiya, sung by the legendary Sonu Nigam, has become a chartbuster and has greatly increased audience curiosity. Based on the current advance booking trends, trade analysts are predicting a good opening for Param Sundari. The film is expected to earn between ₹7 crore and ₹8 crore on its first day. For a romantic comedy, this would be an encouraging start and would position it well for a strong weekend. The film’s success will now ride on the initial reactions from the audience. Positive word-of-mouth will be crucial in driving ticket sales from Friday evening onwards.
With no major competition at the box office this week, Param Sundari has a clear runway to attract audiences. If the film gets a thumbs-up from viewers, it could follow the path of other Maddock Films productions like Stree 2 and Chhaava, which started well and went on to become big hits.
