Soon after getting married, Shah Rukh Khan bought his first piece of property in Mumbai- an apartment in Shree Amrit Society. He will now have an updated house with 155% more space than his previous flat thanks to the reconstruction.

Shah Rukh Khan will soon get a brand-new, 2,800-square-foot apartment with a sea view on Bandra’s Carter Road. This is part of the renovation of Shree Amrit Society, where he purchased his first house in Mumbai. According to a Hindustan Times report, the project, which is being handled by Sri Lotus Developers and Realty Limited, is anticipated to begin in the first part of FY 2027 and might bring in between Rs 1,500 and Rs 2,000 crore.

The society was constructed in the 1980s and has three wings. It is situated on a great one-acre block of land on Carter Road that faces the sea. The remaining 55% of the area will be for sale, and each member will get a 45% rehab share.

According to sources, cited by TOI, the developer plans to charge about Rs 1.5 lakh per square foot for the new flats.

Society is 2 km away from Salman Khan’s apartment

Shree Amrit Society is just 2 km from Salman Khan’s Galaxy Apartments and around 3 km from Khan’s famed Mannat house at Bandra Bandstand, which is currently being renovated.

For the time being, the actor and his family have relocated to two duplexes covering 10,500 square feet in Puja Casa, Pali Hill, while wife Gauri Khan just rented a two-bedroom house in Khar West for Rs 1.35 lakh per month for staff lodging.
