Gia Manek finally ties the knot with her longtime friend, Diya Aur Bati Hum actor Varunn Jain, and pens an emotional note with their photos.

Actress Gia Manek, known for playing the iconic role of Gopi Bahu in Saath Nibhaana Saathiya, has finally got his real-life Ahem ji. Gia tied the knot with his longtime friend, Diya Aur Baati Hum actor Varunn Jain.

In a collaborative post on Instagram, the couple shared two images from their wedding and made the announcement. The caption read: “With the grace of Divine and Master’s and with all the love showered, we’ve stepped into this forever union — hand in hand, heart to heart. We were two friends, today we’re husband & wife.”

Acknowledging the blessings and good wishes, they wrote, “So grateful for the love, blessings and wishes from all our loved ones who made this day so special. Cheers to a lifetime of laughter, adventure, memories, and togetherness as Mr. & Mrs Gia & Varunn #bhutashuddhiwedding #isha #gratitude.”


Who is Varunn Jain? 

Varunn Jain is an actor popularly known for playing Mohit Rathi in Diya Aur Baati Hum. The show, which was set in the backdrop of Pushkar, Rajasthan, was quite popular and at par with Saath Nibhana Saathiya. Diya Aur Baati Hum was based on breaking the stereotypical image of women in rural India with the inspirational journey of Sandhya Rathi. Her journey of becoming IPS Sandhya Rahi was loved by he masses. 

About Gia Manek 

Gia gained popularity with Jeannie Aur Juju and Tera Mera Saath Rahe. She even tried her luck in Bollywood by playing a minor role in the comedy film Na Ghar Ke Na Ghaat Ke (2010). However, Gia became a household name as Gopi Bahu in Saath Nibhana Saathiya. 

On the work front, Gia was last seen in the show Tera Mera Saath Rahe, which is a reboot version of Saath Nibhaana Saathiya under the tagline Jodi Wahi Kahaani Nayi. It features Gia Manek, Mohammad Nazim, Rupal Patel, Vandana Vithlani, Sumati Singh and Varun Jain, and Rupesh Kataria.
