During the filming of Chori Chori Chupke Chupke, actor Adi Irani recalled an incident from the film set. He said that Salman Khan threw him against a glass frame, leaving him severely injured.

In an interview with Filmymantra Media, the actor shared that he was bleeding a lot, with pieces of broken glass stuck to his face. Despite this, Salman initially left the set without apologising.

Adi Irani, who played Salman’s friend in the film, said that the accident resulted in severe injury. He said, ‘While doing ‘Chori Chori Chupke Chupke, he threw me at a glass frame. Glass pieces were stuck in my face, and there was blood all over me. It was terrible.’

Despite the accident, the actor continued with the shooting of the film to prevent financial loss to the producer. He continued filming with an aim to finish the sequence of the film.

Adi said, ‘I supported the producer and asked for a doctor who could give me a painkiller or an injection, and I suggested that we put a white tape on my wound after stopping the bleeding, and put some makeup on that so it matches the skin colour.’

The actor continued with the shooting and added, ‘I said, ‘You do it for one shot. Then take a shot where my head hits a vase and after that, if my head bleeds in the rest of the scene, it will look like it has gotten hit in the scene. The producer was very happy and we continued.’

Following his accident, when asked how Salman Khan reacted, Adi said that he simply left the set and sat in his room. Salman said nothing, not even sorry. However, co-star Preity Zinta rushed to him immediately, showing her concern.
