YRF’s Mohit Suri Film Crosses 308 Crore Net India On 3rd Monday, Heading For Solid 30 Crore Net 3rd Week! All Time Blockbuster
Saiyaara released on July 18, 2025. Directed by Mohit Suri of Aashiqui 2 fame, the new release stars debutantes Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda in the lead roles. Based on advance bookings and trends, Saiyaara was expected to take a blockbuster start on day one and that’s what happened! Film soared further on weekdays after record breaking 1st weekend. Now after smashing big numbers in 2nd week, it is set for big 3rd week too.
Saiyaara Holds Well On 3rd Monday
Film continues to score over 3rd weekend despite release of two sequels, Son Of Sardaar 2 & Dhadak 2, released this Friday. Film collected 5 crore net on 3rd Friday and jumped by 40% on 3rd Saturday to collect 7 crore net. Film again grew on 3rd Sunday and added 8.25 crore net. Film crossed fantastic 20.25 crore net over 3rd weekend. Film held well on 3rd Monday with 2.50 crore net number.
Film has total of 308 crore net after 18 days. It will cross 315 crore net after 3rd week. It will continue to add in 4th week too and its heading for 330 crore net lifetime.
Now film is at another level and anything is possible from here. Records will keep crumbling with every passing day as it’s heading for maddening 325 crore net plus India lifetime. It has also crossed $15 million in overseas and 500 crore worldwide gross! All Time Blockbuster!
Saiyaara Collects Massive 110 Crore In 2nd Week
Saiyaara continued its dream run on 2nd Friday and collected solid 18.50 crore net. Film jumped by 45% on 2nd Saturday and collected 27 crore net. Film collected huge 30 crore net on 2nd Sunday. Film’s 2nd Saturday and 2nd Sunday numbers are higher than 1st Friday and 1st Saturday number. It crossed 76 crore net over 2nd weekend.
Film held solid on 2nd Monday with 48% drop from 2nd Friday and collected 9.50 crore net. Film got boost from discounted rates on 2nd Tuesday and collected 10.50 crore net. Film added 8 crore net on 2nd Wednesday and 6.50 crore net on 2nd Thursday.
Film crossed 110 crore net in 2nd week which is outstanding trending.
Saiyaara Scored Blockbuster Weekend Of 84.50 Crore Net
Saiyaara has made an excellent entry at the box office. The Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda starrer collected Rs 22 crore net on day one. This is biggest opening for a romantic genre film and highest opening for a film lead by debutants. It has to be noted that YRF revised the collection of day one from 21.25 crore net to 22 crore net due to additional screen allocations by exhibitors to meet the surge in demand.
The film faced capacity issues on day one at places due to too many holdover Bollywood and Hollywood releases. But shows will be increased from today and that will boost the film further.
A big jump in Saiyaara’s business was very much expected on Saturday and that’s what happened. Film collected 26.25 crore net on day two with 20% growth from day one. Film again jumped by 30% on day three Sunday and collected 36.25 crore net.
Film had record breaking 3 – day weekend total of 84.50 crore net India which is a blockbuster total. It has crossed lifetime footfall of biggies like Sikandar, Raid 2 over weekend itself! Film also crossed 119 crore gross worldwide and these are massive numbers for a film starring debutants.
As expected, film held on insane levels on day 4 Monday. It has collected a number bigger than Friday and its footfalls crosse Saturday numbers. This is historical, unimaginable and unheard in modern times and that too for a film starring debutants.
Film collected jaw dropping 24.25 crore net on day 4 which is 10% growth over Friday. Film ran over discounted rate on Tuesday still it collected bigger number than Monday and Friday which speaks volume about film’s craze. Film collected 25 crore net on day 5 which is 17% growth over Friday. Film added solid 22 crore net on day 6 Wednesday followed by equally solid 19.50 crore net on Thursday.
Film has 7 – day total of 175.25 crore net and this is unimaginable number. Film has crossed Salman Khan’s Sikandar, Aamir Khan’s Sitaare Zameen Par and Ajay Devgn’s Raid 2.

Produced under the banner of Yash Raj Films, the intense musical romantic drama generated immense buzz on social media around its release. It is also backed with huge hype around its connection to the Aashiqui franchise.
